Get rid of hair fall problems and increase mental health function in just a few seconds.

We have something special for you. We are going to introduce you to a useful companion, Rosemary Oil.

Why is this oil fruitful?

Rosemary in essential oil form is said to:

  • They Have Anti-Inflammatory Properties

  • Promote Hair Growth

  • Improve Circulation

Well, why should you believe our words?

Few scientific evidence claims rosemary may benefit nerve tissue. Carnosic Acid is an active ingredient in a plant that heals tissue and nerve damage. This ability to heal nerve endings may rejuvenate nerves in the scalp, in turn possibly restoring hair growth.

How to use Rosemary Oil?

Here's an interesting hack for you to use rosemary essential oil twice or thrice during a week.

  1. Take 5 drops of rosemary essential oil and massage it into your scalp directly after showering. Let the essential oil set into your scalp and, if you want, you can rinse after 5-10 minutes.

  2. You can add this precious liquid to any other hair product. Keep the limit at about 5 drops per ounce of the product.

Precautions for using Rosemary Essential Oil:

  • Keep the rosemary oil away from your eyes. In case it contacts the eyes, rinse them out quickly.

  • Application of too much oil on your scalp can irritate the skin. It may cause discomfort, but no harm to your health. We advise you to dilute the oil with any other carrier oil for a better experience.

  • Using rosemary oil during pregnancy and breastfeeding is still unknown to us.

Let’s focus on the benefits of rosemary oil.

  • Increase brain function-Rosemary strengthens memory. Few studies claim that inhaling rosemary oil prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine, a chemical for concentration and memory. An observation also claimed that a room diffused with rosemary oil enhanced the ability to solve mathematics. It was tested with nursing students and proved to be more helpful than lavender or any other essential oil.

  • Stimulates hair growth—Rosemary oil treats androgenic alopecia by preventing a side product of testosterone. People suffering from alopecia can use rosemary oil twice daily for six months and see results that are the same as those who used minoxidil (hair regrowth therapy).

  • Helps relieve pain: This traditional Vedic herb is a proven medicine for pain. Stroke survivors are advised to use rosemary oil twice a day for two weeks to get relief from 30% of their pain, whereas only acupressure makes it 15%. A few studies in pain relief claim that it may be more effective than acetaminophen or paracetamol.

  • It repels certain bugs—It can repel a few blood-sucking insects that may spread viruses and bacteria that are harmful to human beings.

  • Fruitful in joint inflammation: Evidence suggests that rosemary is the solution to tissue inflammation. It may do so by stemming the migration of white blood cells to injured tissues to release inflammatory chemicals. This oil is so lucrative for rheumatoid arthritis that it gives relief from pain.

This ancient vedic herb can be used in your teas, which will help you to keep yourself fit. The beneficial things of the tea are following-

  • A high amount of antioxidant, anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory compounds makes this effective against oxidative damage and inflammation, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. Rosmarinic acid is often used as a natural preservative compound to increase the shelf life of perishable foods.

  • High blood sugar levels may cause damage to your heart, eyes, kidneys, and nervous system. It boosts the absorption of glucose into muscles.

  • Consuming and inhaling compounds in rosemary can reduce anxiety, boost mood, improve concentration and memory.

  • It is very helpful in protecting your accurate eyesight. It may be helpful in curing cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
